WizKids is excited to announce the upcoming release of the newest addition to its D&D Icons of the Realms line of pre-painted miniatures: Waterdeep Dragon Heist. Based on the newest Dungeons & Dragons story, Waterdeep Dragon Heist is scheduled to release this fall and features exciting and compelling characters, both heroic and villainous, including the Human Warlock of the Fiend, the devilish Pit Fiend, and the founder of the Zhentarim, the mysterious Manshoon.

Also featured among the 44 figures from Waterdeep Dragon Heist are several popular animals for all your Wild Shape needs, such as the tactical Dire Wolf and the vicious Brown Bear. Icons of the Realms: Waterdeep Dragon Heist standard edition boosters will contain 4 figures: 1 Large or 1 unique Huge figure, and 3 Medium or Small figures.

Bricks contain 8 Standard Boosters (32 figures per brick), and each case contains 4 Standard Bricks (32 Standard Boosters, 128 figures per case).

Standard Boosters each contains four figures total: 1 Large figure and 3 Medium or Small figures.

Standard Booster Bricks contains 8 Standard Boosters (32 figures total).

Standard Cases contains 4 Standard Bricks (32 Standard Boosters, 128 figures total).

Our postage system is easy to understand and is all based on the value of your order.

Free shipping is available to all UK orders over £50. Except where items are exceptionally bulky (these will be advised on processing orders before shipping)

Orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday so you should expect delivery of your order within 2-3 working days within the UK, although most items will be dispatched within 24hrs from us (most UK deliveries are received within 48-72 hrs).

Please be aware though that at seasonal & busy times postage can be delayed due to the larger volumes. If there are delays in orders shipping we will notify you and should a parcel not arrive for any reason within time parameters above please feel free to contact us so we can chase it up.

If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery.

We reserve the right to choose the method of postage. All items will have a despatch record but fully tracked delivery can be selected at the checkout.

Delivery prices

Delivery prices are added automatically when an order is place. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).

Wherever possible we will work with you on items that have been purchased incorrectly or on items you are dissatisfied with upon receipt. However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of tritex-games.co.uk and unfortunately costs incurred on postage & packaging of goods are unlikely to be refunded unless it is a fault of ours.

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), will be that we will look to support your claim wherever possible as noted above.

Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
