Impact! Miniatures have been working with Trollforged to offer great complete team deals that could be used for multiple rosters for an economical price

The following companies have participated in bringing these teams to the market: Black Army, RAFM, Green Dog, A Band of Orcs, JBDemon Studios and ZN Games they also have worked with Phil Bowen to create more sculpts for two of his teams from when Phigs Miniatures.

The end result … 20 new teams ready to be moved to Trollcast!   Impact launched a kickstarter for these teams that closed in July and will no longer be taking orders until the kickstarter backers orders have been shipped …EXCEPT we have been given the opportunity to take Pre-Orders for these new teams for the next 6 weeks (So the only place to pre-order these teams is here and now….don’t miss out a second

WHAT ARE THEY CAST IN?

All figures will be cast in Trollcast which is a spincast resin and sent unpainted.   Please note … resin miniatures mean that the figures do require a bit of work to clean off flash when received and might require either light filing/sanding and/or an occasional bubble fill with Green Stuff or Liquid Green Stuff.   We will also include a 25mm slotted plastic base with each figure and 30mm no slot plastic base with each Big Guy figure.

Our postage system is easy to understand and is all based on the value of your order.

Free shipping is available to all UK orders over £50. Except where items are exceptionally bulky (these will be advised on processing orders before shipping)

Orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday so you should expect delivery of your order within 2-3 working days within the UK, although most items will be dispatched within 24hrs from us (most UK deliveries are received within 48-72 hrs).

Please be aware though that at seasonal & busy times postage can be delayed due to the larger volumes. If there are delays in orders shipping we will notify you and should a parcel not arrive for any reason within time parameters above please feel free to contact us so we can chase it up.

If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery.

We reserve the right to choose the method of postage. All items will have a despatch record but fully tracked delivery can be selected at the checkout.

Delivery prices

Delivery prices are added automatically when an order is place. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).

Please note that the P&P quoted includes postal fees, packaging and all handling fees associated with this transaction. We always try to combine P&P on multiple purchases but e-mail us if you prefer to check before purchase.

Wherever possible we will work with you on items that have been purchased incorrectly or on items you are dissatisfied with upon receipt. However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of tritex-games.co.uk and unfortunately costs incurred on postage & packaging of goods are unlikely to be refunded unless it is a fault of ours.

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), will be that we will look to support your claim wherever possible as noted above.

Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
